Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is returned within 3 days of delivery
- You provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice)
How to Return a Product

- Pack the Product Securely:
Ensure the product is packed in its original packaging with all included materials. - Ship to Our Office Address:
Return the product via courier to: ZinCure Cosmeceuticals Pvt. Ltd.

Azad Kashmir, Pakistan.
Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns.
Non-Eligible Returns
We will not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Returned after 3 days of delivery
- Used or opened products
- Partially used items
- Returns requested due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed, etc.)
Refund Processing
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer
