Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product is returned within 3 days of delivery
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice)

How to Return a Product

  2. Pack the Product Securely:
    Ensure the product is packed in its original packaging with all included materials.
  3. Ship to Our Office Address:
    Return the product via courier to: ZinCure Cosmeceuticals Pvt. Ltd.
    Hall 1, 1st Floor, 118-A Mian Hussain Ali Plaza,
    Opposite DHQ Hospitals, Mirpur,
    Azad Kashmir, Pakistan.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns.


Non-Eligible Returns

We will not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Returned after 3 days of delivery
  • Used or opened products
  • Partially used items
  • Returns requested due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed, etc.)

Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection
